Loren Anthony

About me

Originally from Brooklyn, Ms Anthony brings a festival of flavors to FUNomenal. With a passion and know-how for gastronomic delights from the Caribbean, South America, and Africa, she also has experience managing several cafes. In 2005 she headed south to Atlanta to manage a restaurant.

She has years of experience at the management level in the hospitality industry starting with her time at Stardust Film & Coffee where she managed inventory, sales, cash handling, analyzing profit & loss statements, hosting events and screening and managing a staff of twenty including hiring and training.

In addition, she branched out into promotions for the establishment where she excelled. She includes management positions with the international restaurant chain YUM! Brands and Starbucks Cafe.

Finally Ms. Anthony opened her own cafe in Atlanta, GA, Breukelen Mojo Coffeehouse (inspired by her hometown of Brooklyn) where she managed a staff of twenty two along with all marketing aspects and quality control.
